This painting bursts with mysticism and imagination—A Cosmic Weaver interlacing time, space, stars, and story.
At the center, a large open book rests in an outstretched hand, its pages swirling into cosmic forms—a planet, a galaxy, perhaps even a dream itself. From its pages rises a ribbon of energy, wrapping upward into a vibrant, star-studded sky. A female figure emerges from the celestial scene, her face soft, ethereal, painted in hues of teal and moonlight. A goddess like figure shaping existence not with brute force, but with intention, precision, and beauty. She wears a feathered hat reminiscent of a shaman or sorceress, her expression calm yet full of knowing.
Paper airplanes glide across the night sky like messengers of thought or imagination. Planets float beside constellations, adding to the vast, infinite feel of the piece. The overall energy is one of wonder, knowledge, and the sacred act of creation.
The painting beautifully captures the fusion of wisdom, mystery, and storytelling—where written words become worlds, and where reading is not passive, but an alchemical act of transformation.

I painted this piece live during a vibrant night at The Bluebird dance club in Reno….the year was 2018. The image had been living in my mind for some time—born from a previous painting I made called The Arc, and also from a vision that first sparked way back in second grade: an open book so powerful it could spill out whole worlds. That idea stuck with me, and this painting became a kind of evolution of that childhood wonder.
The sorceress’s hand was the first part I painted—it came to me so vividly in my imagination, like she was reaching out through space to begin the spell. From there, the rest flowed naturally. The night was full of energy and movement, and this piece felt like it painted itself—like I was just the conduit for something bigger. It’s a tribute to imagination, cosmic storytelling, and the magic we unlock when we open a book—or our minds.
