A glimpse into the mind’s storm, Entangled captures the space where emotion, memory, thought, and imagination become impossible to separate. A tender face peers through the chaos, reaching outward as ribbons of energy and language weave, knot, and scatter in every direction.
As the inner world grows louder, the line between reality and dreaming begins to dissolve. Perhaps the greater mystery is not what we imagine, but where imagination itself comes from. Are we creating these visions, or simply receiving them from a deeper current that flows through us all?
Entangled is a reflection on the beautiful complexity of being human…a reminder that we are not shaped solely by moments of clarity, but also by the questions, contradictions, and unseen connections that live within us.

I began this painting with the intention of creating a simple landscape…but somewhere along the way, imagination intervened. What was once calm and composed unraveled into something far more personal: a chaotic release of thought, emotion, and imagination.
Entangled reflects that shift…the way the mind sometimes overrides direction and pulls you inward, deeper, into the tangled threads of your inner world. Shapes merged. Ideas collided. The composition bent to the will of something unseen. In that surrender, a different kind of truth emerged.
This piece is about that moment: the feeling of not being able to understand what a dream is and what is reality when you’re no longer painting what you planned, but what you feel.
